Slack

Slack is not the word…
Your malt must be slack, not seen a new post in ages!!!!!!!!

Er – yup! I had a bit of a brewing marathon in April/May for a stag do (5 cornies of which I’m still working my way through the stuff that wasn’t used). But you’re right about the malt. I have most of a sack of Maris, half a sack Munich, half a sack of lager and a quarter sack of wheat malt to get through at some point. Not to mention nearly a kilo of fuggles sitting around…

I’ve got a load of hops I need to get through, though they should be OK in the Freezer.
