This is coming on - still tastes a bit too green so will try a bit of cold conditioning to hopefully fix it - though the flavours are there and do have that "Pride" taste to them. Though, the yeast seems to be working - just taking a time to get up to speed. Pride is a great pint when kept well - though the Fuller's recipe has changed slightly in recent times, and since this one was produced. Still, starting to smell good in the FV - and looking forward to harvesting the slurry for repitching in a Chiswick and/or an ESB. I was drinking it in London a while back and then came home (in the same day) and sampled a pint of this brew and it was near identical. Keep us posted.
