London Pride with Recultured Fuller’s Yeast

Had a successful (I think!) effort at recovering the yeast from a bottle of Fuller’s 1845 - so now to use it in a version of London Pride from Wheeler and Protz’s “Brew Your Own British Real Ale”:
3.65kg Maris Otter
290g flaked maize
130g crystal malt
25g black maltHops:
Target 19g (9% - 2006 crop) - 90min
Challenger 25g (5.6% - 2006 crop) - 90min
EKG 20g (3.9%) - 15minYeast: From Fuller’s 1845
